Protection of minors by DHL
Our dispatch within Germany is exclusively done by the DHL. DHL takes the following measures to ensure that the recipient is of age:
- DHL carries out the age check on the basis of an identification document of the recipient, if it is not clearly evident that the recipient has exceeded the minimum age.
- The goods will only be handed over to the recipient personally or to a person in the recipient's household, if the recipient has reached the specified minimum age.
