All information about the payment methods at EDELPORNOS.de

You can pay with EDELPORNOS as follows:

Advance payment by bank transfer

For orders with advance payment, deliveries will only be dispatched after the payment has arrived in our account. Depending on the bank, this can take about 1-5 working days. Should you choose this payment type, please transfer the total amount immediately, as we can no longer guarantee availability after 5 working days have lapsed. You will find our contact details at the checkout and on your order confirmation which is sent to you by e-mail after your purchase.

Please note: If no payment has arrived after 7 working days have lapsed, we will cancel the order and the customer will not be supplied by us in the future!

COD (Cash on Delivery)

Only available to Austria and Germany

Generally, we advise against the payment method COD, since unnecessarily high shipping costs of 8.90 EUR arise by the shipping service providers. Please note that DHL will charge a surcharge of 2.00 EUR for the package. This is a postage fee, so it is not included in the invoice amount. For these reasons we recommend the payment methods Advance payment and Credit Card. For these payment types we deliver to Germany and Austria from 100 EUR order value also free of charge.

Direct Debit

This Payment method is only in Austria and Germany avaiable.

Credit card

We accept credit cards from the credit card companies VISA, Eurocard/Mastercard and American Express. For the purposes of discretion, the credit card payment is shown on your credit card statement as NOBLER MEDIA.

Nobler Media GmbH & Co. KG is shown on your credit card bill, and not EDELPORNOS.DE.

To pay by credit card, you must have a customer account in our shop, as the data are transmitted in SSL-encrypted format. You can register here without any obligation. To use the credit card payment via "Buy without registration" is unfortunately not possible for security reasons!

Security with credit card payment

All credit card data are transmitted via a 256-bit encrypted SSL connection. For additional security we need the CVV number or card verification number. This will legitimize you as the owner of the card. Without this information, we can not and will not accept your card!

The CVV number is on the back of your credit card. Turn your card on the back. There are several numbers in the signature field:

Visa, Mastercard, 3-digit CVV number
The CVV number is a 3-digit number, which is PRINTED in the signature field on the back of your card. This number consists of the last 3 digits of the printed number in the area of the signature field.

American Express , 4-digit CVV number
The CVV number is a 4-digit number which is PRINTED on the right above the credit card number.
